The Baptist Homes continuing care retirement communities present a variety of residences, amenities, and activities so that you may pursue the retirement lifestyle of your choice. They are all full service communities, offering a complete continuum of care and service for active adult living, assisted living, and, if needed, round the clock nursing care.

Each of our continuing care communities has its own Medicare certified health center, offering short and long-term comprehensive and skilled nursing care and a full range of physical, occupational, and speech therapies. You may enjoy the security of knowing that, should your needs change, you may find the services and care you might need all on one campus.

Affordable Subsidized Apartment Complexes

Baptist Homes of Indiana also manages two apartment complexes which provide affordable subsidized housing for persons 62 years of age or older and persons needing a specially designed unit.

These apartment complexes for individuals 62 years or older and persons needing a specially designed unit, are HUD subsidized communities. Individuals who qualify for rental assistance pay no more than 30% of the family’s monthly adjusted income for rent.
